More Layoffs at Spring City Huber Plant
A company manager confirms that J.M. Huber Products in Spring City, Tenn. has laid off 54 people. The plant is known as Huber Engineered Woods' Whites Creek mill . It opened in 1997. The mill manufactures specialty building products such as AdvanTech® flooring, sheathing and rim board; Webstock for I-beams; and PerformMAX TM paper overlay products.
